As Administrator of Encore, Jayne West’s mission has always been to provide a home-like culture where residents are treated like family and given the best care with lots of love. The relationships Mrs. West has formed over the years with residents and their families hold a special place in her heart.
With a strong commitment to excellence in long-term care, coupled with Mrs. West’s compassionate spirit and caring demeanor, she is a true advocate for our elders.
Mrs. West has over four decades of valuable experience in long-term care and is a dedicated and active member of the community. She currently serves on the Arkansas Hospice Advisory Board, the FUMC Finance Board, and is a board member of Harvest of Hope.
As the Director of Nursing at Encore, Crissy Green sets the standard for exceptional nursing care through her dedication and “honesty is the best policy” approach. Her passion for working with other nurses and caring for our residents shines through daily.
Crissy’s team-player mentality means that if something needs to get done, she jumps at the opportunity to help. Her positive attitude and exceptional long-term care skills make Crissy a valuable asset to the Encore community.
As a registered nurse, Crissy brings 8 years of incredible experience in long-term care to Encore. Her caregiver and nurturing nature from being a stay-at-home mother plays a big role in why our residents feel they are in the best hands possible.
When Lynn Davis isn’t making a positive difference in our residents’ lives, she is making a difference in their families’ lives. As Admissions Coordinator, she makes it her daily mission to ensure that residents at Encore live life to the fullest and feel like they are right at home.
Lynn helps to make the transition to living in a long-term care community easy and comfortable for residents and their families. Her contagious smile and genuine nature help to brighten any room she walks into.
With a nurturing personality and nearly two decades of long-term care experience, Lynn brings a wealth of knowledge to the Encore community. Also active in the local community, she is the chairman of the Malvern/Hot Springs County Chamber of Commerce and serves as a member on the Malvern Rotary Club and on the Malvern City Chamber.
Kerrie Brashier’s motto is putting residents first! From helping residents transition and adapt to their new home at Encore with encouragement and compassion – to cheering on rehab residents’ accomplishments – Kerrie does everything with passion and purpose, giving 100 percent.
A nurse for nine years, Kerrie loves helping people and has found her true calling in long-term care. She is very involved in the Malvern community, and understands the importance of getting to know people on a deeper level to provide true care and personal assistance.
Kerrie has experience working in pediatric care, family medicine, and psychiatric long-term care. She brings the perfect combination of work experience and an outgoing personality to Encore.
