Whether it’s a listening ear or a well-done knock-knock joke, our caregivers bring their unique personalities to the Encore community, offering residents an all-around delightful experience. Our caregivers are dedicated to learning meaningful details about each resident to build trusted relationships, which help them to better understand residents’ daily and long-term wants and needs. This practice of personalized care makes it easier, and more enjoyable, for our residents to reach the goals they set for themselves.
With a compassionate spirit, caring demeanor, and commitment to providing excellent care to Encore residents, Administrator Hope Burchfield’s motto is doing the right thing always, whether it’s for residents, families, or team members. Her ten plus years working in long-term care, coupled with her own personal experiences caring for her father, makes Hope a true advocate for the elderly and providing personalized care.
With over a decade of valuable experience in healthcare, including work as an Accounts Payable Manager in long-term care, Hope brings a unique combination of education and experience to Encore. A dedicated and active member of the community, Holly is also a member of the Rotary and Lions Clubs.
Lisa Cox’s motto is love and care for others as your own. With a heart wholly dedicated to enriching the lives of those unable to fully care for themselves, Lisa understands the importance of truly listening to the needs and concerns of others to cultivate a loving and compassionate environment for residents, families, and staff members.
A nurse for almost 20 years and a licensed dementia practitioner, Lisa has work experience in neurology and diabetic education. However, her passion, strong commitment to excellence, and true calling is in long-term care.
As Encore’s Clinical Liaison, Amy Lee, LPN, truly understands what it means to provide quality care for our senior residents, while also respecting their independence and dignity. From the strong influences of her grandparents and an extensive nursing career, Amy is most passionate about ensuring residents do not lose their sense of self-worth and that we as caregivers continue to recognize their talents, abilities, and ideas. So, it’s no surprise when residents say, “God has blessed you with a gift to care for the elderly.”
Amy brings to Encore over 30 years of valuable experience in long-term care and a wealth of knowledge from working in diverse healthcare fields, including acute rehabilitation, geriatric psychiatry, wellness, and acute psychiatry. Also active in the communities she resides in, Amy is a current or former member of Communities Acting to Benefit the Elderly, Healthcare Aging Coalition, and the Board of Adult Protective Services.
When Lynn Davis isn’t making a positive difference in our residents’ lives, she is making a difference in their families’ lives. As Encore’s Admissions and Discharge Planner, she makes it her daily mission to ensure that residents live life to the fullest and feel like they are right at home.
Lynn helps to make the transition to living in a long-term care community easy and comfortable for residents and their families. Her contagious smile and genuine nature help to brighten any room she walks into.
With a nurturing personality and nearly two decades of long-term care experience, Lynn brings a wealth of knowledge to the Encore community. Also active in the local community, she is the chairman of the Malvern/Hot Springs County Chamber of Commerce and serves as a member on the Malvern Rotary Club and on the Malvern City Chamber.
