Her ten plus years working in long-term care, coupled with her own personal experiences caring for her father, makes Hope a true advocate for the elderly and providing personalized care.
With over a decade of valuable experience in healthcare, including work as an Accounts Payable Manager in long-term care, Hope brings a unique combination of education and experience to Encore. A dedicated and active member of the community, Holly is also a member of the Rotary and Lions Clubs.

When Lynn Davis isn’t making a positive difference in our residents’ lives, she is making a difference in their families’ lives. As Encore’s Admissions and Discharge Planner, she makes it her daily mission to ensure that residents live life to the fullest and feel like they are right at home.
Lynn helps to make the transition to living in a long-term care community easy and comfortable for residents and their families. Her contagious smile and genuine nature help to brighten any room she walks into.
With a nurturing personality and nearly two decades of long-term care experience, Lynn brings a wealth of knowledge to the Encore community. Also active in the local community, she is the chairman of the Malvern/Hot Springs County Chamber of Commerce and serves as a member on the Malvern Rotary Club and on the Malvern City Chamber.

When it comes to navigating the long-term care process, Carla Kesterson is seen as a valuable resource to our residents and the community as a whole. She is passionate about helping others and meeting the needs of residents and their families, whether it is working to help a resident safely return home or educating families on the benefits of long-term care to ease the transition.
Her natural ability to listen and understand others’ concerns in long-term care, then offer practical solutions, make her a perfect fit as Community Outreach Coordinator.
With over a decade of experience in long-term care and a Biology degree from Henderson State University, Carla brings a wealth of knowledge to the Encore community. She has worked in different facets of healthcare, including business office manager, admissions coordinator, and community educator. These opportunities have allowed Carla to continue her lifelong calling to work with the elderly.
